摘要
温经汤首载于《金匮要略》,是仲景治疗女科疾病的经典方剂,在临床上被广泛应用,且疗效卓著。虽医家多用于冲任虚寒、瘀血阻滞之证,但细究温经汤原文旨义及方药组成配伍,现提出温经汤的病机为素体脾土寒湿、少腹瘀血阻滞,从而扩大临床应用范围。
Wenjing tang,the first contained in synopsis of golden chamber,is a classic prescription of zhongjing for treating female diseases,and widely used in clinic,and the curative effect is outstanding.Although most of the doctors used it in deficient cold of thoroughfare and conception channels,blood obstruction and stagnation,study its composition and articles carefully,and now it comes out the pathogenesis is cold dampness of spleen and stomach,blood obstruction and stagnation to expand its range of application.
