摘要 骨骼是实体恶性肿瘤最常见的转移部位之一,骨转移的发生标志着肿瘤患者的预后不良。肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC),占成年人肾脏恶性肿瘤的90%~95%[1]。大约有40%的转移性RCC患者会发生骨转移。RCC骨转移严重缩短了患者的生存时间,降低了生活质量,增加了经济负担[2]。在靶向治疗开展之前,世界范围内对RCC骨转移的研究较少。随着RCC内科治疗水平的提高及外科手术技术的进步。
