Primitive neuroectodermal tumor of the kidney: a case report

摘要 肾脏原始神经外胚层肿瘤/尤文肉瘤(primitive neuroectodermal tumor/Ewing’sarcoma,PNET/ES)是一种临床罕见的肾脏恶性肿瘤,好发于儿童和青少年,具有高度侵袭性,预后极差,该病临床表现及影像学检查缺乏特征性,不易与其他肾脏肿瘤相鉴别,确诊需依靠病理和免疫组化检查。现就本院收治的1例肾脏原始神经外胚层肿瘤诊治情况,结合文献复习报道如下。1病例资料患者女性,45岁,因双侧腰背部持续性疼痛1周入院,疼痛程度中等,翻身弯腰时症状加重.
