仿生四足机器人的足端步态设计

摘要 仿生机器人是有效推进工业生产的转型升级,实现从“制造”到“智造”的关键,也是国家间竞争的硬科技。本文通过3D打印复合材料力学性能、Gazebo仿真软件分析技术等,对仿生四足机器人的足端工艺、步态设计、足端轨迹运动等进行优化,以期促进仿真四足机器人在崎岖路面的稳定行走,不断深度融入工业领域,推动传统工业模式快速向数字化、智能化、自动化转型升级。 Biomimetic industrial robots are the key to effectively promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial production,achieving the transition from"manufacturing"to"intelligent manufacturing",and also the hard technology for national competition.This article optimizes the foot end process,gait design,and foot trajectory motion of biomimetic quadruped robots through 3D printing of composite material mechanical properties,Gazebo simulation software analysis technology,etc.,in order to promote the deep integration of simulated quadruped robots into the industrial field and promote the rapid transformation and upgrading of traditional industrial models to digitization,intelligence,and automation.
