摘要
目的调查2016-2018年北京市顺义区空港医院住院患者银杏叶提取物注射液的使用情况并对其临床应用进行统计分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,参照药品说明书及指南中银杏叶提取物注射液的临床使用基本原则,对其使用的适应证、用法用量、溶媒选用、疗程及不良反应进行分析,以限定日剂量(DDD)作为药物利用研究评价测定单位,结合用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDDc)、药物利用指数(DUI)和治疗平均天数(ATD)评价药物使用的合理性。结果医院银杏叶提取物注射液使用基本合理,但类似药物联用比例较高,达88.6%。结论规范使用银杏叶提取物注射液,有利于减少不良反应的发生,保证患者治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the use of Ginkgo biloba extract injection in inpatients in Beijing airport hospital from 2016 to 2018 and make statistical analysis of its clinical application,so as to provide reference for rational clinical use.Methods Retrospective research was used to analyze the indications,dosage,solvent selection,course of treatment and adverse reactions of Ginkgo biloba extract injection in reference to the basic principles of clinical use of Ginkgo biloba extract injection in the drug instructions and guidelines.The rational use of drugs was evaluated with a limited daily dose(DDD)as the unit for drug use research evaluation,combined with frequency of use(DDDs),limited daily cost(DDDc),drug use index(DUI)and average number of days of treatment(ATD).Results It is basically reasonable about use of Ginkgo biloba extract injection in our hospital,and 88.6%is higher about proportion of the combination of similar drugs.Conclusion Clinicians should use Ginkgo biloba extract injection strictly according to the manual,in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,ensure the treatment effect of patients.
