摘要
采用圆坯生产的齿轮钢,在轧制后锭型偏析的形状变为椭圆,几何对称性较差。针对这种情况,通过有限元软件进行数值模拟和实物对比试验分析,发现轧件上下面1/4处的金属(P2)比两侧(P1)金属的位移大。结果表明,轧制过程变形的不均匀性可以改变锭型偏析的形状,此外,通过数值模拟优化孔型系统可为生产高端齿轮钢提供指导。
The gear steel produced with round billet turns into an ellipse with poor geometric symmetry after rolling.Through the use of finite element software to numerical simulation and real object comparison experiment for analysis,it is found that the metal(P2)in the upper and lower quarter of the rolled piece is more displaced than the metal(P1)on both sides.The results show that the deformation during the rolling process can change the shape of the ingot segregation.The pass schedule can be optimized through numerical simulation to provide guidance for the production of high-end gear steel.
