摘要
为提高汽车发动机曲轴的耐磨性,用WSE-350氩弧焊机在38CrMoAl上堆焊2Cr13焊条进行工艺参数研究,研究焊接过程中焊接电流和氩气压强的变化对堆焊层耐磨性能的影响。在氩气压强5MPa和10MPa,焊接电流110~150A堆焊,用Hv-1000显微硬度仪进行硬度测试;用MM-200磨损试验机做磨损实验,载荷900N,转速200r/min,磨损时间300min;用S-3400N扫描电镜分析组织。试验结果表明:当氩气压强5MPa,焊接电流130A时,过渡层0.008mm,硬度3745.4Hv,磨损量15.6mg,磨损率0.052mg/min,堆焊层显微组织分布均匀,熔渣与38CrMoAl结合的较好,过渡层清晰,无气孔、凹坑等缺陷;氩气压强10 MPa,焊接电流130A,过渡层0.006mm,硬度3651.4Hv,磨损量23.3mg,磨损率0.078mg/min,过渡层清晰,但有气孔、凹坑等焊接缺陷。
In order to improve the wear resistance of automobile engine crankshaft,the 2 Cr13 electrode wassurfacing on 38 CrMoAl by WSE-350 argon arc welder.The influence of welding current and argon pressure on wear resistance of surfacing layer was studied.The hardness was tested by HV-1000 microhardness tester under argon pressure of 5 MPa and 10 MPa,welding current of 110 a-150 a.The MM-200 wear tester was used for the wear test,with load of 900 N,rotational speed of 200 r/min and wear time of 300 min.The tissue was analyzed by S-3400 N scanning electron microscope.The test results showed that when argon pressure was 5 MPa and welding current was 130 A,the transition layer was 0.008 mm,hardness was 3745.4 HV and wear was 15.6 mg.The wear rate is 0.052 mg/min.The microstructure of overlaying layer was evenly distributed,the slag was well combined with 38 CrMoAl,the transition layer was clear,and there were no pores,pits and other defects.With argon pressure of 10 MPa and welding current of 130 A,the transition layer is 0.006 mm,hardness is 3651.4 HV,wear amount is 23.3 mg and wear rate is 0.078 mg/min.Transition layer is clear,but there are pores,pits and other welding defects.
