摘要
本文基于流固耦合理论,采用ABAQUS有限元方法,对深埋水工隧洞衬砌堵水排水措施减载规律进行了分析。结果表明:堵水排水减载的效果不仅与中外水压力的降低情况有关,还与作用于衬砌应力的降低效果有关;当灌浆圈的渗透系数小于衬砌的渗透系数时,须设置合理的柔性缓冲层,才能达到较好的减压效果;当灌浆圈渗透系数/衬砌渗透系数处于0.3~1.2时,排水效果较好,当大于1.2后,应考虑将排水管伸入灌浆圈中;隧洞顶部排水管的减载作用最明显,顶部+低水头端排水布置方式综合减载效果最佳。
The load reduction law of water plugging and drainage measures for deep-buried hydraulic tunnels is analyzed based on the fluid-solid coupling theory and ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The results show that the criteria for evaluating the effect of water plugging and drainage on load reduction are related to the reduction of external water pressure and reduction of stress acting on the lining.When the permeability coefficient of the grouting ring is less than the permeability coefficient of the lining,a reasonable buffer layer should be set,thereby excellent pressure reduction effect can be achieved.When the permeability coefficient of grouting ring/lining is between 0.3 and 1.2,the drainage effect will be obvious.When the water effect is greater than 1.2,the drainage pipe should be extended into the grouting ring.The load reduction effect of the drainage pipe at the top of the tunnel is the most obvious,and the comprehensive load reduction effect is the best when the drainage arrangement at the top+low head is adopted.
