摘要
我国人口老龄化、工业化、城镇化不断加快,慢性病已成为影响我国居民健康的一类疾病,其中癌症是我国居民的主要死因之一,不健康的生活方式是恶性肿瘤的高危因素。本研究通过汇总不同生活方式对肿瘤患者整体生存状况的影响,以期普及健康知识、倡导居民养成健康文明的生活方式。应用万方、维普、中国知网及PubMed数据库,以"恶性肿瘤""生活方式""吸烟""饮酒""肥胖""饮食"为关键词,检索建库至2020-12-31相关文献。纳入标准:主题涉及生活方式与恶性肿瘤的文献。排除标准:无法获取全文的文献。最终纳入分析34篇文献。结果表明,不良的生活习惯,包括饮酒、吸烟、错误的饮食习惯、缺乏运动及睡眠均会导致肿瘤的发生,增加患者及其家庭疾病及社会医疗资源的负担。因此,倡导居民养成健康的生活方式,推进肿瘤的防控工作,对于提高居民幸福感及减轻医疗资源的负担具有重要意义。
With the rapid development of population aging,industrialization and urbanization in China,chronic diseases have belome a factor that affects the health of Chinese residents.Cancer is one of the main causes of death in China.Unhealthy lifestyle is a high risk factor for cancer.This paper analyzes the impact of different lifestyles on the overall survival of cancer patients,in order to popularize health knowledge and advocate residents to develop a healthy and civilized lifestyle.Using Wanfang,VIP,CNKI and PubMed databases,and taking"malignant tumor","lifestyle","smoking","drinking","obesity"and"diet"as the keywords,the relevant literature from the establishment of the database to December 31,2020 was searched.Inclusion criteria:literature on subjects related to lifestyle and malignant tumors.Exclusion criteria:unable to obtain full-text literature.Finally,34 literatures were included and analyzed.Result:Bad living habits,including drinking,smoking,wrong eating habits,lack of exercise and sleep will lead to significant tumor incidence,increase the pain of patients and their families and the burden of social medical resources.Therefore,advocating residents to develop a healthy lifestyle and promoting tumor prevention and control are very important to improve residents’well-being and reduce the burden of medical resources.
