摘要
建立了通过用钠度计测定裂解用液化石油气吸收水中钠离子含量的方法,间接计算出液化气中残留的钠离子含量,同时用p H计测出吸收水的p H值,由此快速判定液化气携带碱的情况[1]。该方法操作简便,线性范围宽,最小检出限为0.4μg·L-1,比UOP699原子吸收分光光度法线性范围宽百倍,分析成本低,精度高,分析时间短。
The test method of sodium content in light petroleum gas by sodium ion meter was established,and sodium content was calculated through determining Na+content in washing water of LPG.At the same time,the pH of the water was determined by pH meter,as a result,the pH of LPG sample was confirmed.Using this method,the sample pretreatment process is simple,the determination result is accurate,the detection limit is 0.4μg·L-1,the linear range is wide,the analysis time is shorter than UOP 699,and the analysis cost is also lower.
