聚合物胶乳水泥浆体系鼓包现象的室内研究

摘要 随着海洋石油开采逐步向深海挺进,深井数量不断增加,深井油气层具有埋藏深、井温高、封固段长等复杂情况,对聚合物胶乳水泥浆体系的性能提出了耐高温、防气窜、稠化时间可调、稠化曲线平缓无鼓包、过渡时间短等要求。而聚合物胶乳水泥浆体系在110~130℃左右存在"鼓包"、"台阶"等突变现象,难以满足复杂地质条件下安全施工的需求。研究了突变现象的原因,通过实验和分析,优选铝酸三钙含量大于2%的水泥能够有效抑制聚合物胶乳水泥浆突变现象。聚合物胶乳水泥浆体系已经多次成功应用于南海东部海域深水井,现场应用表明:聚合物胶乳水泥浆体系现场易配浆,浆体流动性良好,水泥浆气泡少,现场操作方便,水泥浆密度控制均匀,未发现窜漏,现场固井质量优良。 As offshore oil exploration gradually advances to the deep sea,the number of deep wells continues to increase,the deep well reservoir has complicated conditions,such as high temperature and long sealing section,new requirements for the performance of polymer latex cement slurry system have been proposed,such as anti-gas channeling,high temperature resistance,adjustable thickening time and so on.There are the mutation phenomena of"bulging"and"step"in polymer latex cement slurry system at 110~130℃,it is difficult to meet the needs of safe construction under complicated geological conditions.In this paper,the reason of the mutation phenomena of the polymer latex cement slurry system was studied.Through the experiment and analysis,it was pointed out that the polymer latex cement slurry system whose tricalcium aluminate content is greater than 2%can effectively inhibit the mutation phenomena.The polymer latex cement slurry system has successfully applied many times in deep water wells in the eastern part of the South China Sea,field application shows that the polymer latex cement slurry system has many advantages,such as easy on-site mixing,good slurry mobility and so on.
