摘要
目的分析行体外冲击波碎石术后患者体位排石精准运动健康指导结合中医护理的干预效果。方法选取医院2022年1月—2022年7月收治的患者100例,将实施中医护理的50例患者作为观察组,将实施体位排石精准运动健康指导结合中医护理的50例患者作为对照组。观察两组护理干预效果,包括结石成功排出率、复发率以及生活质量评分、满意度情况。结果术后第7天,观察组患者结石成功排出率92.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05);随访中,观察组无复发,明显低于对照组的17.95%(P<0.05);观察组SF-36评分各项分值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总体满意度98.00%高于对照组88.00%(P<0.05)。结论对行体外冲击波碎石术后患者实施体位排石精准运动健康指导结合中医护理干预,能显著提高治疗效果,加速康复,同时提高生活质量和满意度,临床应用价值确切。
Objective to analyze the intervention effect of precise exercise health guidance combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods 100 patients in our department January 2022 to July 2022 were selected.50 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing were taken as the observation group,and 50 patients who were treated with the health guidance of precise exercise of postural lithotripsy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing were taken as the control group.Observe the effect of nursing intervention in the two groups,including the successful stone excretion rate,recurrence rate,quality of life score and satisfaction.Results On the 7th day after operation,the successful stone excretion rate of the observation group was 92.00%,significantly higher than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05);during the follow-up,there was no recurrence in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 17.95%in the control group(P<0.05);in the SF-36 score of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);at the same time,the satisfaction questionnaire was distributed to patients.It can be seen that the overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 98.00%,significantly higher than 88.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,the implementation of precise exercise health guidance for posture lithotripsy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction,with definite clinical application value.
