摘要
本文基于测算的甘肃省14个市州2015-2020年绿色普惠金融和乡村振兴发展水平,构建空间联立方程模型,分析甘肃省绿色普惠金融发展与乡村振兴之间的交互效应和空间溢出效应。研究发现:一是甘肃省各市州2005-2021年乡村振兴水平和绿色普惠金融发展均得到显著提升,但区域之间的增长差异较大;二是通过空间联立方程模型测度出绿色普惠金融和乡村振兴之间存在正向交互影响:绿色普惠金融提升1个单位,乡村振兴水平提高0.62个单位;乡村振兴水平提升1个单位,绿色普惠金融提高1.59个单位;三是甘肃省绿色普惠金融和乡村振兴之间空间溢出效应显著但存在差异:邻近市州绿色普惠金融发展对本市州乡村振兴发展具有正向促进作用;邻近市州乡村振兴发展对本市州绿色普惠金融发展存在挤出效应。最后,本文对未来甘肃省如何推动绿色普惠金融更好融合助力乡村振兴发展,提出相应的政策建议。
Based on the measured level of green inclusive financial development and rural revitalization in 14 cities and states of Gansu Province from 2015-2020,this paper constructs a spatial joint cubic equation model to analyze the interaction effect and spatial spillover effect between green inclusive financial development and rural revitalization in Gansu Province.It is found that:firstly,the level of rural revitalization and the development of green inclusive finance in all cities and states of Gansu Province from 2005-2021 have been significantly improved,but the growth difference between regions is large;secondly,the interaction effect between green inclusive finance and rural revitalization is measured by the spatial association equation model:the level of rural revitalization increases by 0.62 units when green inclusive finance is improved by 1 unit;the level of rural revitalization Third,the spatial spillover effect between green inclusive finance and rural revitalization in Gansu Province is significant but different:the development of green inclusive finance in neighboring cities and states has a positive promotion effect on the development of rural revitalization in this city and state;the development of rural revitalization in neighboring cities and states has a crowding-out effect on the development of green inclusive finance in this city and state.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on how to promote better integration of green inclusive finance in rural revitalization development in Gansu Province in the future.
