摘要
英语作为一门全球通用性语言,在世界文化传播和交流合作中都具有重要作用。世界各国都非常重视英语教学,开设了各类教学课程。我国高等院校专门开设了《大学英语》课程,又细分为《大学商业英语》《大学科技英语》等专业课程,目的是培养更多的应用型、复合型英语专业人才,以满足我国对外文化交流、商业合作及综合发展对人才的需求。在新时代背景下,传统英语教学模式已经难以满足高校英语专业人才培养需求,高校应加快转变英语教学观念,充分利用网络技术来创新英语教学模式,提升教学质量,实现现代化教学,培养更多优质英语人才。文章以此为背景,首先分析了网络教学的特点和优势,其次陈述了传统教学模式下的学生学习现状,最后探讨了网络技术与高等英语教学的整合策略,希望为我国高等英语教学提供一些有益借鉴。
As a global language,English plays an important role in the communication and cooperation of world culture.Countries all over the world attach great importance to English teaching and offer various teaching courses.College English has been a matured course in colleges and universities in China,which includes College Business English and College English for science and technology,which is to cultivate more applied and interdisciplinary English professionals,so as to meet the needs of foreign cultural exchanges,business cooperation and comprehensive development.Under the background of the new era,the traditional English teaching mode becomes difficult to meet the needs of College English professional training.Colleges and universities should speed up the transformation of English teaching concept,make full use of network technology to innovate English teaching mode,improve the teaching quality,realize modern teaching and cultivate more high-quality English talents.Based on this background,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and advantages of network teaching,and then analyzes the current situation of students under the traditional teaching mode,and finally puts forward the integration strategy of network technology and advanced English teaching,hoping to provide some useful reference for the current college English Teaching in China.
