摘要
文章以河北大学英语教师研究共同体为案例,通过收集成员教师的反思日志和对个别教师的深度访谈,深入分析这些教师的成长轨迹。结果表明,通过参加研究共同体的小组学习和研讨活动,教师在文献阅读与评价能力、论文写作能力、反思能力、科研意识和合作意识方面均有显著提高。
Taking the research community of English teachers in Hebei University as an example,this paper analyzes the growth path of these teachers by collecting reflection logs and in-depth interviews with individual teachers.The results show that teachers’abilities of literature reading and evaluation,thesis writing,reflection,scientific research and cooperation are significantly improved by participating in group study and discussion activities of research community.
