摘要
随着科技的发展与社会的进步,新媒体技术在人们的生活、学习等方面得到越来越广泛的应用。与此同时,社会的发展对求职者英语水平的要求越来越高,而高校英语教育作为一种受众广泛的教育,为人才步入社会打下坚实的英语基础,应当引起足够的重视。然而,传统模式下的高校英语教育存在教学效率低下、教学效果不佳的弊病,在一定程度上阻碍了学生的全面发展,应当做出改进,而新媒体技术与高校英语教育的结合将为优化教育模式提供一种新的路径。文章针对传统高校英语教育中存在的问题和新媒体对高校英语教育的重要意义进行分析,并为新媒体视角下高校英语教育的发展提出创新发展路径。
Accompanied with technological development and social progress,new media technologies have been applied in people’s lives and studies in an increasingly extensive manner.Meanwhile,increasingly higher requirements on job seekers’English proficiency are posed with the social development.As an education for broader audiences,college English education can lay a solid foundation for talents’entry into the society,and therefore,great attention shall be paid to it.However,college English education under traditional pattern has the drawbacks of low teaching efficiency and poor teaching effect,which hinders students’comprehensive development to a certain extent and should be improved.The integration of new media technologies with college English education will provide a new path for optimization of education pattern.This paper analyzes the existing problems of traditional college English education as well as the significance of applying new media in college English education,and proposes an innovative development path for college English education with new media vision.
