摘要
目的探讨多波段光谱治疗仪对中老年患者维生素D水平的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年5月在本院门诊就诊的23例维生素D水平缺乏的中老年患者。采用多波段光谱治疗仪照射患者脊柱、腹部等部位。检测25羟维生素D水平及骨密度BMD值、血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶等。比较治疗前后维生素D水平的变化;并观察血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺激素、血清骨钙素等指标的变化。结果治疗后维生素D水平(30.71±2.35)nmol/L高于治疗前维生素D水平(26.27±2.09)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺激素、血清骨钙素含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论短期多光谱照射治疗对中老年维生素D缺乏患者具有一定疗效。
Objective To explore the effect of Multi-band spectroscopy instrument on vitamin D levels in the elderly patients.Methods 23 elderly patients with vitamin D deficiency who visited our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 were selected.Multi-band spectroscopy instrument was used to illuminate the spine and abdomen of patients.The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and BMD,blood calcium,blood phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase were measured.Changes in vitamin D levels before and after treatment were compared.Changes in blood calcium,blood phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,parathyroid hormone,and serum osteocalcin were observed.Results The vitamin D level(30.71±2.35)nmol/L after treatment was higher than before(26.27±2.09)nmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood calcium,blood phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,parathyroid hormone,and serum osteocalcin before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Short-term multispectral radiation therapy has a certain effect on elderly patients with vitamin D deficiency.
