特发性膜性肾病诊断生物标记物相关研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress of Biomarkers for Diagnosis of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

摘要 原发性膜性肾病(Primary membranous nephropathy,PMN)又称为特发性膜性肾病(Idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IMN)约占成人MN80%,占原发性肾小球疾病的10%以上[1-5]。通常起病隐匿,临床上以肾病综合征或无症状性蛋白尿为主要表现[6-8]。IMN是成人慢性肾脏病的最常见病理类型之一,属于难治性疾病,约有1/3的患者可自发缓解,但高达40%~50%患者在5~15年内进展至终末期肾病[9]。给个人及社会造成严重的负担。
