摘要 IgG4相关性疾病(IgG4-related disease,IgG4-RD)是最近几年来逐渐被关注和认识的一种累及多器官多系统的慢性疾病,该病是与IgG4+浆细胞密切相关的慢性系统性硬化性疾病。IgG4相关性疾病以血清IgG4浓度升高、组织中大量IgG4阳性浆细胞弥漫性浸润、多个器官出现肿胀性病变、组织纤维化和硬化性改变及闭塞性脉管炎为特征.
