摘要
目的探讨玻璃体视网膜手术治疗葡萄膜炎的影响。方法选取2017年11月-2019年11月乌鲁木齐市友谊医院收治的葡萄膜炎患者84例为研究对象,应用数字列表法将患者设为研究组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组应用应用超声乳化人工晶体植入术进行治疗,研究组应用玻璃体视网膜手术治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的BCVA,并发症以及生活质量。结果治疗前两组患者的BCVA无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后各个时间点研究组BCVA均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生几率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在葡萄膜炎的临床治疗中,应用玻璃体视网膜手术治疗,可显著提高患者的视力水平,且患者术后并发症发生几率较低,患者的生活质量明显提高,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of vitreoretinal surgery on uveitis.Methods 84 patients with uveitis admitted to Friendship Hospital of Urumqi from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into study group(n=42)and control group(n=42)by digital list method.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation,and the study group was treated with vitreoretinal surgery.Compared the BCVA,complications and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in BCVA between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),BCVA of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at each time point after treatment(P<0.05);The quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical treatment of uveitis,the application of vitreoretinal surgery can significantly improve the patient’s vision level,and the probability of postoperative complications is lower,and the patient’s quality of life is significantly improved.It should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
