摘要
目的探讨无可移植胚胎的不孕女性的心理体验。方法采用质性的研究方法对10例无可移植胚胎的不孕女性进行半结构式访谈,并对资料进行分析。结果10例无可移植胚胎的不孕女性心理体验提炼出4个主题,包括负性情绪增加、渴求心理支持、辅助生殖相关知识缺乏、对后期治疗担忧。结论医护人员应重点关注无可移植胚胎不孕女性的心理体验和情感需求,加强患者的家庭和社会支持,提供生殖知识健康宣教,并给予相应的后期治疗方案,帮助患者积极应对。
Objective To explore the psychological experience of infertile women with non-transplantable embryos.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted in 10 infertile women with no transplanted embryos and the data were analyzed.Results Four themes were extracted from the psychological experience of ten infertile women who had no transplantable embryos,including increased negative emotions,the desire for psychological support,the lack of knowledge about assisted reproduction,and the concern about later treatment.Conclusion The medical staff should pay full attention to the psychological status and needs of the infertile women with non-transplantable embryos,strengthen the family and social support of patients,provide reproductive knowledge and health education,and give the corresponding post-treatment program to help the patients.actively cope.
