摘要
媒体融合的技术变革正对传播业态进行重塑,也促使业界与社会对传媒人才的需求发生新变化。县级融媒体中心的招聘信息反映了当前全媒体人才的需求特征,给新闻教育改革带来启示。本文以2022年的240则县级融媒体中心招聘信息为研究对象,通过词频统计分析方法,解析岗位的提供情况,对应聘者的学历、职业技能、职业素养等要求进行数据可视化的呈现。当前新闻教育与业界需求仍存在较大鸿沟,在新就业形态下,持续推进新闻教育的改革势在必行。
The technological change of media convergence is reshaping the communication industry,and also prompting new changes in the demand for media talents in the industry and society.The recruitment texts of county⁃level convergence media center reflect the current demand characteristics of all⁃media talents,and also bring enlightenment to the reform of journalism education.This paper takes 240 county⁃level convergence media center recruitment texts in 2022 as the research object,analyzes the provision of positions through word frequency statistical analysis methods,and visualizes the candidates’academic qualifications,vocational skills,professional qualities and other requirements.At present,there is still a big gap between journalism education and the needs of the news industry,and it is imperative to continue to promote the reform of journalism education in the context of new labor form.
