摘要
电子处方流转是深化医药卫生体制改革、转变药学服务模式的重要措施。此项研究总结了当前电子处方流转的主要类型及特点,并从实践角度对关键问题进行分析,阐述了区域性电子处方流转模式建设思路,提出依托区域性健康医疗大数据平台的数据汇聚、治理、分析能力,建设电子处方流转信息共享服务平台的技术实现路径、共享机制、数据安全和隐私保障体系,探索实践安全、可靠、可持续的电子处方流转创新模式。
E-prescription circulation is an important measure to deepen the reform of medical and health system and change the mode of pharmaceutical care.This paper summarizes the main types and characteristics of current e-prescription circulation and analyzes the key issues from the practical perspective.It expounds the way of constructing regional e-prescription circulation mode driven,proposes the technology implementation path,sharing mechanism,data security and privacy guarantee system of e-prescription circulation and information sharing service platform based on the capabilities of data gathering,governance,and analysis of regional health and medicine big data platform,and explores a safe,reliable and sustainable innovative mode of e-prescription circulation.
