摘要
目的:探讨云胶片联合影像检查流程信息化的临床应用效果。方法:选取云胶片联合影像检查流程信息化应用前23797人次作为对照组,按传统的流程进行服务;应用后的同期21716人次作为实验组,采用二维码预约、胶片报告自助打印、远程查看报告等自助服务措施,统计两组患者影像科就诊时间、胶片使用率、胶片补打率、远程云胶片会诊使用率及患者影像科就诊满意度。结果:实验组患者影像科就诊时间、胶片打印率、胶片补打率显著低于对照组,远程云胶片会诊使用率及患者影像科就诊满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:云胶片联合影像检查流程信息化的应用能够减少患者影像科就诊时间,减少人员聚集,患者就医体验和满意度均有提高,节省了人力资源和科室消耗。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of medical cloud film combined with image examination process informatization.Methods:Before the application of medical cloud film combined with image examination process informatization,23797 persons were selected as control group and served according to the conventional process;in corresponding period,21716 persons who experienced the application were selected as experimental group,and provided with automatic services such as QR code reservation,self-service printing of film report and remote view of report.Statistics was done on the clinic time in imaging department,film utilization rate,film re-printing rate,utilization rate of remote cloud film consultation and patients’satisfaction with treatment in imaging department of the two groups.Results:The clinic time in imaging department,film printing rate and film re-printing rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the utilization rate of remote cloud film consultation and patients’satisfaction with treatment in imaging department were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application effect of medical cloud film combined with image examination process informatization can reduce patients’clinic time in imaging department,reduce personnel gathers,improve patients’medical experience and satisfaction,save manpower resources and reduce department consumption.
