摘要
通过对镍矿资源品质的现状分析,说明红土型镍矿富集研究的重要性,提出了研发低能耗、低成本、低投资、高品位镍和铁产品的工艺,并建议尽快用于生产。论述了催化还原烧结加磁选技术富集生产高品位镍铁精矿的优点,说明了该方法在印尼和菲律宾红土镍矿应用的重要意义。
Through analyzing current situation of nickel ore demand,it shows importance of research on enrichment technology of laterite nickel ore.The paper proposes a technology improving the primary beneficiation grade of nickel and iron with low energy consumption,low cost and low investment.The paper discourses the advantages of enriching production of high-grade nickel-iron schlich by the technology of catalytic reduction sintering combined with magnetic separation.There is a big significance of this technology in the application of laterite nickel ore in Indonesia and Philippines.
