摘要
壮医是一门不断发展的独具特色的新兴民族特色医学,是在不断传承的中国医学瑰宝。在国家实施"壮瑶医药振兴计划"背景下,壮医人才的培养目标越来越趋向于临床实用型高层次人才,人才的培养是建立在缜密的临床思维之上的,而熟练的壮医五诊是建立临床思维的奠基石。以往单一的授课方式难以激发学生的学习热情,难以提高实际操作能力,养成临床思维习惯,故开展壮医实训课程教学改革既是重点也是难点。在教学改革中,通过完善壮医人才培养方案、加强师资队伍建设、完善壮医五诊实训模块和实训指导书、改革壮医五诊实训教学方式方法等一系列改革措施,增强壮医学生动手操作能力,培养壮医临床思维,达到"实基础、高能力、多技能"的培养目标。
Zhuang medicine is a developing and unique medicine with national characteristics,and it is a Chinese medical treasure.Under the background of national implementation of“Rejuvenation plan of Zhuang Yao Medicine”,the training objectives of Zhuang medicine talents are more and more oriented towards clinical practical high-level talents.The cultivation of talents is based on rigorous clinical thinking,and the skilled five diagnosis of Zhuang medicine is the cornerstone of the establishment of clinical thinking.In the past,the single teaching method could not stimulate students’learning enthusiasm,improve their practical operation ability and develop their clinical thinking habits.Therefore,it is both the key and difficulty to carry out the teaching reform of the training course for Zhuang Medicine.In the teaching reform,through perfecting the Zhuang medicine talent training plan,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,perfecting the Zhuang medicine five clinical training module and practice instruction,the reform of Zhuang medicine five clinical practice and a series of reform measures in teaching methods,enhance the capacity of Zhuang medicine vivid hand operation,develop Zhuang medicine clinical thinking,to achieve“solid foundation,high capacity,more skills”training objectives.
