摘要
目的:优选红麻凝胶贴膏制备工艺。方法:采用单因素和正交试验,以综合感官评分为考察指标,通过方差分析和直观评价,考察浸膏用量、搅拌时间及搅拌速度对凝胶膏成型工艺的影响。结果:红麻凝胶贴膏最佳基质处方为聚丙烯酸钠(NP-700)11g、甘羟铝0.48g、甘油50g、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK90)3.1g;红麻凝胶贴膏最佳工艺为基质146.28g中加入浸膏10g,真空搅拌55min,搅拌速度为35r/min。结论:该优化的制备工艺条件稳定可行,所制备的红麻凝胶贴膏综合评分高,粘贴性能好。
Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of Hongma gel plaster.Methods:Using single factor and orthogonal test,taking comprehensive sensory score as indexes,the effects of the dosage of the extract,the stirring time and the stirring speed on the gel forming process were investigated by means of ANOVA and visual evaluation.Results:The best matrix formulation of Hongma gel paste was sodium polyacrylate(NP-700)11g,glyoxylate 0.48 g,glycerin 50 g,polyvinyl-pyrrolidone(PVPK90)3.1 g.The optimum technology of Hongma gel plaster was the addition of extract 10 g to matrix 146.28 g,vacuum stirring and 55 min mixing.The mixing speed is 35 r/min.Conclusion:The optimized preparation conditions are stable and feasible.The prepared Hongma gel plaster has high comprehensive score and good adhesive property.
