摘要
目的:探讨针灸疗法与促排针在卵泡发育不良患者治疗中的作用机制及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取40例卵泡发育不良患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(20例)与观察组(20例),对照组采用促排针方法治疗,观察组采用针灸疗法治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜评分、排卵率、妊娠率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗前,组间最大卵泡直径与子宫内膜评分相比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组上述指标显著大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率75.00%、妊娠率30.00%,均显著高于对照组的50.00%、5.00%(P<0.05)。结论:采用针灸疗法与促排针治疗卵泡发育不良患者,可明显改善卵泡发育不良病症,增厚子宫内膜,提高成功妊娠率。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and the effect on pregnancy outcome in patients with follicular dysplasia.Methods:40 patients with follicular dysplasia were randomly divided into the control group(20 cases)and the observation group(20 cases).The control group was treated with promoting the discharge of acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,maximum follicular diameter and endometrial score,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the maximum follicle diameter and endometrial score between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were 75.00%and 30.00%,which were significantly higher than 50.00%and 5.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and promoting the discharge of acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of follicular dysplasia,thicken the endometrium and increase the successful pregnancy rate.
