摘要
目的:探究祛腐生肌散结合红油膏纱条对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法:研究对象为80例肛瘘患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均于术后第2天开始换药治疗,对照组应用美宝湿润烧伤膏纱条换药,治疗组应用祛腐生肌散结合红油膏纱条换药,对比两组术后创面愈合情况,观察两组第3、7、14、21天创面分泌液的评分值变化情况及肉芽色泽形态区别。结果:治疗组术后第7、14、21天创面分泌液评分值明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组肉芽组织色泽形态均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组术后创面愈合明显比对照组的疗效更佳(P<0.05)。结论:祛腐生肌散结合红油膏纱条对肛瘘术后的治疗效果显著,可更好、更快地促进术后创面愈合,缩短住院时间,减轻患者痛苦及负担,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Qufu Shengji Powder combined with chili oil ointment gauze in promoting wound healing after operation of anal fistula.Methods:The subjects of the study were 80 patients with anal fistula who were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.Both groups were treated with dressing change on the second day after surgery.The control group was treated with MEBO moist burn ointment gauze,and the treatment group was treated with Qufu Shengji Powder combined with chili oil ointment gauze.The wound healing of the two groups was compared,and the changes in the scores of wound secretions and the differences in granulation color and morphology on the 3 rd,7 th,14 th,and 21 st days were observed.Results:The wound secretion score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group on the 7,14,and 21 days after surgery(P<0.05);the color and morphology of granulation tissue in the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was postoperative Wound healing was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufu Shengji Powder combined with chili oil ointment gauze has a significant effect on the treatment of anal fistula after surgery.It can better and faster promote postoperative wound healing,shorten the hospital stay,and reduce the pain and burden of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
