摘要
目的:探讨中药通络止痛方熏洗对肱骨外科颈骨折术后肩关节功能康复的影响。方法:选取肱骨外科颈骨折患者91例,随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=46)。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予通络止痛方熏洗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者肩关节Constant评分优秀率65.22%,显著高于对照组的31.11%;观察组肩关节恢复优良率为93.48%,高于对照组的88.89%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者肩关节疼痛VAS评分显著下降,Constant评分和SF-36评分显著提高,且治疗后观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组,肩关节Constant评分和SF-36评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,主动屈曲活动度高于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络止痛方熏洗对肱骨外科颈骨折疗效显著,可有效促进患者术后骨折愈合和肩关节功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongluo Zhitong prescription fumigation on shoulder joint function rehabilitation after humeral surgical neck fracture surgery.Methods:91 patients with humeral surgical neck fracture were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=46).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given Tongluo Zhitong decoction fumigation on the basis of the control group.Results:The excellent rate of shoulder Constant score in the observation group was 65.22%,which was significantly higher than 31.11%in the control group;The excellent and good rate of shoulder joint recovery in the observation group was 93.48%,which was higher than 88.89%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of shoulder pain in two groups decreased significantly,while constant score and SF-36 score increased significantly.After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the constant score and SF-36 score of the shoulder joint of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the active flexion activity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongluo Zhitong prescription fumigation has significant effect on humeral surgical neck fracture,which can effectively promote fracture healing and shoulder joint function recovery,and is worthy of clinical application.
