摘要
黄褐斑是皮肤科的常见病、多发病,病因复杂,发病机制尚未阐明。中医在黄褐斑治疗方面优势显著,但仍存在治疗周期长、易反复发作等不足。目前,多数医家认为黄褐斑的发病与肝脾肾失调密切相关,但通过文献研究及临床观察发现黄褐斑的发病与肺关系密切。故从肺与面部皮肤之气血阴阳关系、与其他脏腑发病相互作用的机理,以及与肾的生理相关、病理联系入手,阐述助阳宣肺法的理论依据及其临床疗效,以期拓宽黄褐斑诊疗思路。
Chloasma is a common and frequently-occurring disease in dermatology.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of Chloasma,but there is still a long treatment cycle,prone to recurrent attacks and other deficiencies.At present,most doctors believe that the pathogenesis of Chloasma is closely related to the disorder of liver,spleen and kidney.However,through literature research and clinical observation,it is found that the pathogenesis of chloasma is closely related to the lung.Therefore,expounds the theoretical basis and clinical curative effect of the method from the relationship between Qi,blood,Yin and Yang of the lung and facial skin,the mechanism of interaction with other Zang-fu organs,the physiological and pathological relationship with the kidney,in order to broaden the diagnosis and treatment of Chloasma.
