肥胖人群试食复合营养制品干预的效果

Intervention effect of dietary compound nutritional products for obese people

摘要 目的探讨肥胖人群试食复合营养制品与健康管理的减脂效果,为科学减重提供科学参考。方法选取国内不同地区9771名肥胖人群及甘肃兰州、金昌100名肥胖人群,通过自身对照试验方法,服用复合营养制品(脂20TM营养固体饮料)替代早晚两餐,同时教育该人群逐步建立良好饮食与生活方式,观察服用30 d代餐前后的身体形态及代谢指标:体重、体脂百分含量(BF%)、体质量指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)和总胆固醇(TC)水平。结果干预30 d后,9771名肥胖人群中平均减重(13.91±5.63)kg、平均减脂(11.86±4.56)kg、体脂率平均下降(11.42±5.12)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甘肃兰州、金昌100名肥胖人群代餐干预30 d后,体重、BF%、BMI水平明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论服用复合营养制品能够有效改善试食肥胖人群体重及BMI水平,对提高肥胖人群生活质量有很好的作用。 Objective To investigate the fat reduction effect of dietary compound nutritional products and health management for obese people,and provide scientific reference for scientific weight loss.Methods Atotal of 9771 obese people from different regions in China and 100 obese people in Jinchang and Lanzhou city of Gansu province were selected.Through self-controlled experiment methods,these people took compound nutritional products(zhi20 TM nutrition solid beverage)instead of two meals in the morning and evening.The health management was applied to gradually establish a good diet and lifestyle.The body shape and metabolic indexes were observed before and after taking the 30-day meal replacement,including body weight,body fat percentage(BF%),body mass index(BMI),triglycerides(TG),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and total cholesterol(TC)levels.Results After 30 days of intervention,the average weight loss among the 9771 obese people was(13.91±5.63)kg.The average fat loss was(11.86±4.56)kg.The average body fat percentage decreased by(11.42±5.12)%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention of meal replacement for 100 obese people inLanzhou and Jinchang for 30 days,their body weight,BF%,and BMI levels were significantly improved.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Furthermore,the levels of TG,FBG and TC were also improved.Conclusion Taking compound nutritional products could scientifically and effectively improve the weight and BMI levels of obese people.The overweight improvement process is safe and feasible,and it has a good effect on improving the quality of life for obese people.
