摘要
城市居民公共安全需求跟人类的需求一样,也是有层次的,通过对全国31个省会城市居民的公共安全需求进行问卷调查,根据调查结果探索性的提出城市居民公共安全需求层次的梯度结构模型,最后通过建立公民信息安全保障措施、强化食品药品安全法律监管、完善低收入人群的社会保障、优化城市生态承载力、改善城市交通状况等5方面措施来提升城市居民的公共安全需求。
The public safety needs of urban residents are the same as human needs.They are also hierarchical.Through a questionnaire survey on the public safety needs of residents in 31 provincial capitals across the country,the gradient structure of urban residents’public safety needs is exploratoryly proposed based on the survey results.The model finally improves the public safety needs of urban residents by establishing measures to ensure citizen information security,strengthening legal supervision of food and drug safety,improving social security for low-income groups,optimizing urban ecological carrying capacity,and improving urban traffic conditions.
