摘要 韧性城市建设已成为世界主要城市提升复原力、提高社会福祉安全的重要目标导向。作为韧性城市的核心指征,冗余能够帮助城市有效降低灾害风险,促进城市适应并快速恢复。存在于社会系统中的冗余在吸收干扰与应急补救方面没有发挥出应有的功能。冗余效度需要结合系统结构和具体时空环境进行细分。科学的冗余机制构建需要持续优化系统性能、不断推进科技创新、多个系统组织间适应性的培养。 The construction of resilient cities has become an important goal orientation. It helps major cities in the world to improve resilience, improve social well-being and safety. As the core indicator of resilient cities, redundancy can help cities effectively reduce disaster risks, promote urban adaptation and rapid recovery. In the social system, redundancy has not played its due role in absorbing interference and emergency remedies. Redundancy validity needs to be subdivided in combination with system structure and specific space-time environment. The construction of a scientific redundant mechanism requires continuous optimization of system performance, continuous promotion of technological innovation, and the cultivation of adaptability among multiple system organizations.
