摘要
气体活塞压力计作为一种高准确度压力标准器,主要用气体做工作介质,可测量和校准表压、绝压、真空压力等。本文介绍一种0.01级气体活塞式压力计标准装置,对测量结果不确定度评定进行了分析。通过性能验证,以保证标准装置量值传递的可靠性及准确性,可供相关计量工作参考。
Gas piston pressure gauge,as a high-accuracy pressure standard,mainly uses gas as working medium,can measure and calibrate gauge pressure,absolute pressure,vacuum pressure and so on.This paper introduces a standard device of gas piston manometer with level 0.01,analyzes the uncertainty evaluation of measurement results,and verifies the performance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of quantity value transfer of the standard device,which can provide reference for related measurement work.
