摘要
隶属于电子文件的电子档案需要元数据的标准化管理,而在电子文件中,元数据管理占据着非常重要的作用,可以说元数据是电子文件的核心系统。为了保证电子档案可以长时间保存又不会失去本身的特性,比如真实性,所以在安全角度上寻找和制定功能完整的元数据标准化管理方案,对于电子文件的整理具有重要的作用;其次因为电子文件比较广泛,我们应该对元数据的管理进行分类分析,并深入了解电子文档元数据的概念以及学习管理理念,根据我们整理的元数据标准化管理分类结果,制定相应、有效而且切实可行的方案,为了更好地长期使用电子文档元数据,我们还要追求科学和标准化的管理。
The standardized management of metadata is needed in the management of electronic archives belonging to electronic documents.Metadata management plays a very important role in electronic documents,as it is the core system.In order to ensure that electronic files can be kept for a long time without losing their own characteristics such as authenticity,it is important to develop a metadata standardized management scheme with complete functions from the perspective of security,which plays an important role in the collation of electronic documents.As electronic documents are relatively extensive,we should classify and analyze the management of metadata and deeply understand the concept of electronic document metadata and learning management idea.Based on the classification results of metadata standardization management,corresponding,effective and feasible scheme is formulated.The scientific and standardized management is also needed in order to use electronic document metadata for a long time.
