摘要
随着我国信息技术的快速发展,信息共享已成为时代的潮流,建设政府信息共享机制既是国家改革的要求,也是社会发展的趋势,而目前政府各部门间存在信息融合与数据共享不完善等现象,本文针对统一社会信用代码的特点、优势,以及目前新疆政府各部门在实现信息共享工作中存在的问题,提出改进措施,尝试以统一社会信用代码为基础推动新疆政府部门间实现信息共享,打破信息壁垒和"数据烟囱",优化政府管理流程和提升各部门间协作治理的能力。
With the rapid development of information technology in China,information sharing has become the trend of the times.Establishing the government information sharing mechanism is not only the requirement of national reform,but also the trend of social development.At present,information fusion and data sharing are not good enough among government departments.This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of unified social credit code,and the current situation of Xinjiang government departments.Based on the unified social credit code,this paper tries to promote the realization of information sharing among Xinjiang government departments,break the information barrier and"data chimney",optimize the government management process and enhance the ability of collaborative governance among various departments.
