摘要
本文对比分析了不同产区泥螺标准的主要技术指标,并对主要产区的泥螺进行检测分析,研究了如东泥螺主要营养成分,并对国家地理标志保护产品的保护现状进行了调查研究。
This paper analyzes the main technical indicators of the mud snails in main producing areas according to current standards, studies the main nutrients of Rudong Mud Snails, and investigates the protection status of national geographical indication protection products.
