摘要
膝关节前外侧复合体主要由前外侧韧带、髂胫束和前外侧关节囊组成,对维持前外侧旋转稳定性有重要作用,尤其在前交叉韧带损伤后。为了消除单纯前交叉韧带重建术后残余的旋转不稳定,一些学者术中重建膝关节前外侧复合体,并开展相关重建方式的生物力学和临床研究。前外侧韧带重建和关节外肌腱固定术均有维持旋转稳定性的效果,且尚未发现远期膝关节外侧间室骨关节炎的发生,但有可能会过度限制膝关节旋转活动度。因此,仍需要大样本的生物力学以及长期临床随访研究确定膝关节前外侧复合体的生物力学特性、重建后的生物力学改变及其长期临床效果。
The anterolateral complex of the knee joint is mainly composed of anterolateral ligament,iliotibial band and anterolateral joint capsule and plays an important role in maintaining anterolateral rotational stability,especially after anterior cruciate ligament injury.In order to eliminate the residual rotational instability after simple anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,some researchers reconstructed the anterolateral complex and performed biomechanical and clinical studies on smeavienrtaali ns ruortgaitciaoln arle cstoanbsitlrituyc toifo tnh et ekcnhenei qjouienst.wAitnhtoeurto llaotnegra-lt elrimga lmateenrta l rceocomnpsatrrtumcteinotn o satnedo aretxhtrriati-s,a rbtuict utlhaery lmataeyr lail mtiet ntohde ersains gce aonf motion of the knee.Therefore,large-scale biomechanical and long-term clinical follow-up studies are still needed to determine the biomechanical properties and changes of the anterolateral complex after reconstruction and long-term clinical effects.
