摘要
医疗领域中的赋能技术是可以带来诊疗能力提升和临床衍生技术的通用性技术。近年来许多赋能技术开始向医疗领域中扩展,并衍生出了一系列临床技术。本综述从服务于患者和辅助医生两方面介绍了医疗领域中有代表性的赋能技术,其中包括先进制造、先进材料、机器人、人工智能和计算机模拟等。在这些技术的赋能下,医疗得以向患者治疗个体化和经验技术标准化的方向发展。本综述在总结以上赋能技术发展现状的同时还一并探讨了这些技术目前的主要问题与未来的发展方向,并提出了中心赋能技术这一概念,旨在加深临床医师对赋能技术的概念及其重要性的理解。
Medical enabling technology is defined as general technology that can improve diagnostic and therapeutic ability and derive downstream technologies.In recent years,many enabling technologies have begun to expand to the medical field,and a series of clinical technologies have been derived.This review introduces representative enabling technologies in the medical field from both serving the treatment and being adjuvant of the clinicians,including advanced manufacturing,advanced materials,robot,artificial intelligence and computer simulation.These technologies can enable personalized therapy and standardized experience and skills.Moreover,main problems and future development of these enabling technologies were also discussed in this paper,and the concept of central enabling technologies was proposed,which aims to deepen clinicians’understanding the concepts and importance of enabling technologies.
