上海高校青年教师健康促进生活方式现状及相关因素调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的调查上海市高校青年教师群体健康促进生活方式及自评健康现状、特征及相关关系。为上海高校青年教师生活方式改善和健康促进提供理论依据。方法采用自编问卷和HPLP-Ⅱ健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(health promoting lifestyle proflte-Ⅱ,HPLP-Ⅱ)对上海高校460名青年教师展开调查,运用多元回归分析健康促进生活方式对自评健康状况的影响。结果上海高校青年教师健康自评状况得分为(3.16±0.46)分,健康促进生活方式总分为(129.20±22.73)分,内部维度得分从高到低依次是健康责任(22.67±6.08)分、营养(21.79±3.86)分、身体锻炼(21.74±7.37)分、压力管控(21.28±4.02)分、人际关系(21.22±4.39)分、自我实现(20.51±5.67)分。不同性别、伴侣情况、年龄、工龄、学历、职称、编制情况、学校层次的高校青年教师健康促进生活方式得分差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。回归分析发现,健康促进生活方式中的身体锻炼、人际关系、压力管控、自我实现4个维度对因变量自评健康状况得分影响显著(P均<0.05)。结论上海市高校青年教师的生活方式居于一般水平,自评健康状况处于中度偏差水平;生活方式与自评健康状况密切相关,生活方式越健康,自评健康状况就越好;可以从压力管控、人际关系、身体锻炼、自我实现等生活方式方面的危险因素进行干预,实现上海高校青年教师健康促进。 Objective To understand health related lifestyle of young college teachers in Shanghai,and to discuss the influencing factors.Methods A survey was conducted among 460 young college teachers in Shanghai using self-designed questionnaire and the HPLP-II Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale.Multiple step-wise regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of health related lifestyle on self-rated health status Results The median self-rated health score was(3.16±0.46).The overall score of health related lifestyle of young college teachers in Shanghai was(129.20±22.73).The internal dimensions with scores from high to low were health responsibility(22.67±6.08),nutrition(21.79±3.86),exercise(21.74±7.37),pressure control(21.28±4.02),interpersonal relationship(21.22±4.39)and,self-realization(20.51±5.67).There were statistically significant differences in scores of health related lifestyle among young college teachers of different gender,partner,age,working age,education background,professional title,establishment and school level(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that physical exercise,interpersonal relationship,stress management and self realization were major factors closely related to the score of dependent variable of self-rated health status(P<0.05).Conclusions The lifestyle of young college teachers in Shanghai and their self-rated health status are at moderate levels.The lifestyle is positively related to the self-rated health.Intervention should be proposed targeting the risk factors as pressure management,interpersonal relationship,exercise,self-realization to improve the healthy lifestyle of young teachers in Shanghai universities.
