摘要
随着中国数字化进程的逐步推进,市场竞争格局、产业价值链、客户金融需求和金融交易习惯都发生了显著的变化。商业银行传统的运营管理模式在做好客户服务、满足创新需求、防范金融风险等方面面临着效率下降等突出问题。本课题立足浙江实践,聚焦同业动态和现实问题,针对性研究商业银行开展"智慧运营"的模式、方法和路径,形成一套有效可行的解决方案,为商业银行在数字化背景下进一步推进运营转型,培育核心竞争力提供思路和借鉴。
As China moves along the path of digitization,traditional patterns of market competition,industrial chain of value,financing demand and trading practices are undergoing drastic changes.Commercial banks with outdated managing structure are falling short in customer service,innovation and risk management.Based on cases in Zhejiang Province,this study focuses on real challenges and peer practices,offers a viable solution for commercial banks to improve management and boost competitiveness through"smart operation"in the digitization era.
