摘要
目的:建立鸡蛋壳中碳酸钙的含量测定方法。方法:利用乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定法测定鸡蛋壳中碳酸钙含量。结果:测定了7批鸡蛋壳中的碳酸钙含量,此方法重复性、稳定性和加样回收率良好。结论:采用乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定法测定鸡蛋壳中碳酸钙含量操作简便、结果准确。
Aim to establish a method for the determination of calcium carbonate in eggshell.To determinate the calcium carbonate in eggshell by EDTA titration.The content of calcium carbonate in seven batches of eggshells was determined.The method has good repeatability,stability and recovery.The method is simple and accurate for the determination of calcium carbonate in eggshell.
