摘要
天津某临床教学医院在2010—2019年之间研究生总规模不断增长,博士研究生、专业学位研究生以及同等学力研究生的比重逐年增大,与此同时研究生导师队伍也得到不断壮大。为了应对研究生规模和结构的不断调整,天津某临床教学医院将进一步完善制度建设,加强对博士研究生、专业学位研究生、同等学力研究生的管理以及导师队伍建设,从而保证研究生培养质量。
The total scale of postgraduate students in a clinical teaching hospital in Tianjin increased continuously from 2010 to 2019.The proportion of doctoral students,professional degree students and identical educational level graduate students enhanced year by year.Meanwhile,the team of graduate supervisors was also growing steadily.In order to cope with the constant adjustment of the scale and structure of graduate students,the clinical teaching hospital in Tianjin will further improve the system construction,and strengthen the management of doctoral students,professional degree graduates and identical educational level graduate students,as well as the construction of tutor team,so as to ensure the quality of postgraduate training.
