中医院校教师教学评价技能发展途径探索 被引量:1

Ways to help teachers develop formative assessment skills in Chinese medicine colleges

摘要 目的:构建教师形成性评价技能发展模型,有效改善中医院校教师教学评价方法与策略。方法:帮助教师习得形成性评价教学技能并将其灵活应用于教学活动,通过学生反馈评价教学效果。结果:学生从被动接受评价转变成为评价的主体和积极参与者。结论:应将形成性评价列为教师的一项重要专业技能并通过专业指导不断修正和提升。 Objective:A formative evaluation model for TCM teachers was constructed to improve teaching evaluation strategies.Methods:Developing formative evaluation skills of the teachers and applying in teaching flexibly.The effect was evaluated through student feedback.Results:The students were changed from the passive acceptance to the main body of evaluation.Conclusion:Formative evaluation should be regarded as an important professional skill of teachers and improved continuously.
