摘要
通过对麻醉学基础课程的整合与调查研究,完成了人才培养方案及大纲的修订,优化和改进教学方法,培养具有岗位胜任力的麻醉医学专业综合型人才。
Through the integration and investigation of the basic courses of Anesthesiology,this paper has completed the revision of the personnel training program and outline,optimized and improved the teaching methods,and trained the comprehensive talents of Anesthesiology with post competency.
