摘要
向希雄教授通过对藿朴夏苓汤方证及小儿生理病理特点的分析,认为小儿体禀纯阳,生机蓬勃,脏气清灵,对各种治疗反应灵敏,加之小儿宿疾较少,病因相对单纯,在辨证施治、异病同治的指导思想下,方药藿朴夏苓汤配入健脾醒胃、理气行滞之品,广泛运用于小儿脾系疾病,疗效满意。附典型案例3则,以资验证。
Through analysis the formula syndrome of Huopu Xialing Tang(藿朴夏苓汤)and pediatric physiopathology characteristics,professor XIANG Xixiong deems that children’s natural endowments are pure yang,full of vigor and vitality,with keen visceral qi,sensitive to all kinds of treatment.In addition,children have fewer preexisting diseases,whose etiology is relatively simple.Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and homotherapy for heteropathy,he composed the prescription Huopu Xialing Tang with other ingredients of invigorating spleen and activating stomach and widely used it in treating spleen diseases in children,with a satisfactory effect.Three typical cases are attached for verification.
