摘要
专业调整不仅直接改变专业知识技术传递结构,而且间接影响着专业资源聚集方式和专业实体运转模式,是提升人才培养质量、增强职业教育服务社会和产业发展能力的重要抓手。根据近十年宏观专业目录和微观院校办学两个层面专业调整数据分析,高职院校可以明确国家发展高职教育的政策导向,获取学校专业设置数量、培养规模、结构比例等运转参数。在此基础上,高职院校还应平衡稳定与灵活、公平与效率等现实矛盾,科学制定专业调整目标,精准选择专业调整策略,积极构建专业调整机制,通过切实可行的改革路径全面提升高职教育适应社会和产业经济发展的能力。
Specialty adjustment is the core part of the"14 th five-year Plan"for higher vocational education.It not only changes the structures of the production,dissemination and distribution of knowledge and technology directly,but also transforms the operation of the organization mediately.According to the data of the specialties in the past ten years,higher vocational colleges could make sure the policy orientation of the central government,and take a map of key parameters from the benchmarking institutions.As a strategy,they should keep the balance of quality and efficiency,stability and flexibility by combining dynamic optimal design with static structural change.Then they could properly plan for the specialty development in the next five years.
