摘要
目的分析随州市新生儿疾病筛查血片不合格的原因,制定改进措施,提高血片采集质量,确保新生儿疾病筛查的准确性。方法分析我市2017年-2019年新生儿疾病筛查血片质量不合格情况。结果2017年-2019年我院共收集血片40278例,其中不合格血片611例,血片不合格率1.5%,随县地区血片不合格占比明显高于曾都区。我院2017年血片不合格率占2.2%,2018年占1.4%,2019年占1.0%,呈逐年降低趋势。血片质量不合格原因主要由血斑太小、重复滴血、未完全渗透、未干、污染、渗血环、血片信息填写不全造成。结论重视血片采集质量,加强对采血人员的培训,是保证血片质量合格的关键。
Objective:Analyze the reasons for the nonconformities of screening blood tablets for neonatal diseases in Suizhou City,formulate improvement measures to improve the quality of blood tablets collection and ensure the accuracy of screening for neonatal diseases.Methods:To analyze the unqualified quality of blood slides for neonatal screening from 2017 to 2019 in our city.Results:From 2017 to 2019,40278 blood slides were collected in our hospital,including 611 unqualified blood slides,the unqualified rate of blood slides was1.5%,the unqualified rate of blood slides in county area was obviously higher than that in Zengdu District.The unqualified rate of blood tablets in our hospital was 2.2%in 2017,1.4%in 2018,and 1.0%in 2019.And the unqualified reasons of the quality of blood tablets were mainly caused by too small blood spot,repeated blood drop,incomplete penetration,not dry,pollution and oozing blood ring and incomplete information of blood tablets.Conclusion:Paying attention to the quality of blood tablets collection and strengthening the training of blood collection personnel is the key to ensure the quality of blood tablets.
