Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction in patients with gastric cancer and cancer-related fatigue(CRF).Methods:Using the random number table method as a reference,68 cases of gastric CRF...Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction in patients with gastric cancer and cancer-related fatigue(CRF).Methods:Using the random number table method as a reference,68 cases of gastric CRF were randomly divided into two groups.One group served as the control group and received basic treatment,while the other was the observation group.The observation group,in addition to the control group’s treatment,received Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction.The clinical treatment effectiveness,fatigue scores,immune function indicators,and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical treatment effectiveness of the observation group and the improvement in immune function indicators after treatment were higher than those of the control group.The fatigue score after treatment was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in either group.Conclusion:Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction can enhance the clinical treatment effectiveness for gastric cancer patients with CRF.It facilitates the acceleration of fatigue symptom improvement and immune function enhancement.The medication’s safety is guaranteed,making it worthy of promotion.展开更多
Background:Rectal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors,among which the liver is the most common site of distant metastasis and liver metastasis that leads to poor prognosis.This study aimed to deve...Background:Rectal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors,among which the liver is the most common site of distant metastasis and liver metastasis that leads to poor prognosis.This study aimed to develop and validate a diagnostic nomogram to predict the occurrence of rectal cancer with liver metastasis(RCLM)and a prognostic nomogram to predict cancer-specific survival(CSS)in RCML patients.Methods:Data on patients with rectal cancer diagnosed between 2010 and 2013 were collected from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)database.Univariate logistic regression and multivariate logistic regression were used to determine the independent risk factors of RCLM.Univariate Cox proportional hazards regression and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression were used to identify independent prognostic factors for RCLM.This study then developed two novel nomograms,and the results were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,calibration curves,and decision curve analysis(DCA).Results:A total of 29,367 patients with rectal cancer were included.Among them,3,403 patients(11.59%)had liver metastases at the time of diagnosis.The independent risk factors of RCLM included sex,race,tumor grade,AJCC N,CEA,marital status,tumor size,total number of primary tumors,and histological type.Age,chemotherapy,total number of primary tumors,surgery sites,and histological type were independent prognostic factors of patients with RCLM.The results of ROC curves,calibration curves,and DCA in the development,validation,and testing sets confirmed that the diagnostic nomogram can precisely predict the occurrence of RCLM.The results of ROC curves,calibration curves,DCA,C-indexes,and Kaplan-Meier(K-M)survival curves in the development,validation,and testing sets confirmed that the prognostic nomogram could precisely predict the prognosis of RCLM.Conclusion:The two nomograms are expected to be effective tools for predicting the risk of liver metastasis for patients with rectal cancer and personalized prognosis prediction for patients with RCLM,which may benefit clinical decision-making.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the impact of sarcopenia on the prognosis of frail elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 98 elderly frail patients with chronic kidney disease were included in this s...Objective:To investigate the impact of sarcopenia on the prognosis of frail elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 98 elderly frail patients with chronic kidney disease were included in this study from June 2020 to July 2022.The patients were randomly divided into a study group of 48 cases and a control group of 50 cases.The control group only received conventional treatment for chronic kidney disease.On the basis of conventional treatment for chronic kidney disease,the study group added sarcopenia intervention treatment.The quality-of-life scores,muscle mass and muscle strength,renal function,and incidence of complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The quality-of-life score,muscle mass and muscle strength,and renal function of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was 12.5%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 36%of the group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between sarcopenia and frail elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.Sarcopenia will further aggravate the frailty symptoms and increase the risk of complications in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.For elderly patients with chronic kidney disease,sarcopenia should be screened and intervened as early as possible to improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patients.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis and resectability of pancreatic cancer.Method:56 patients with pancreatic cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were s...Objective:To analyze the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis and resectability of pancreatic cancer.Method:56 patients with pancreatic cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent multi-phase scanning by multislice spiral CT.According to the results of the images,observe whether the pancreatic cancer has affected the blood vessels surrounding the pancreas,evaluate the resectability based on the results of the examination,and analyze the final results of the operation which was taken as the standard.Results:all the 56 cases presented slightly low density or equal density,and 28 cases had complete outline.Multi-slice spiral assessment of patients’vascular invasion types found that 192 branches can be resected with 70 branches cannot;Multi-slice spiral assessment of the main arterial and venous invasion grades around the pancreas of the patients found that 212 branches can be resected with 50 branches cannot;Multi-slice spiral CT was used to evaluate the resectability of pancreatic cancer compared with surgical results.The accuracy of resectable types of vascular invasion was 72.52%;the accuracy of resectable vascular invasion grades was 79.39%.Conclusion:the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer can provide a clear understanding of the condition of vascular invasion and distant metastasis,and the accuracy of assessing resection can reach more than 70.00%,which provides a reference for clinical application.展开更多
Objective:This paper aims to study the mutation of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene in fresh cytological specimens from patients with lung adenocarcinoma,and to determine the prognosis of positive patients b...Objective:This paper aims to study the mutation of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene in fresh cytological specimens from patients with lung adenocarcinoma,and to determine the prognosis of positive patients by tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI).Methods:A total of 313 specimens from needle aspiration and pleural effusion were collected in the Cancer Detection Center of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University.After HE and immunocytochemistry stainings,the specimens were diagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma by two cytology pathologists.The mutation of 18-21 exon was detectied using ARMS to observe mutations situation.Then,the objective response rate(ORR)and the progressionfree survival(PFS)between the targeted group and the chemotherapy group of patients were comparedith.Results:Among 313 cases,293 cases of lung adenocarcinoma were diagnosed,and DNA specimens were extracted from 288 cases.The success rate was about 98.3%.130 mutations were found and the rate was 45.1%.EGFR mutation of adenocarcinoma patients mainly occurred to females,nonsmokers,but had nothing to do with age.The ORR was statistically different between the targeted group with chemotherapy(P<0.01),and PFS curve of targeted group was on chemotherapy group.The efficacy and the survival time of targeted group and targeted and chemotherapy group were superior to that of chemotherapy group.The results of the EGFR mutation and the prognosis of the tested positive patients in the fresh cytology samples were consistent with that from previous literatures.Conclusion:The results of the test were accurate,and fresh cytological specimens can be used as a replacement for tumor tissue specimens.展开更多

Objective:To study the effect of sal ammoniac extract on the treatment of liver cancer and analyze its possibility of replacing absolute ethanol.Methods:Sixty Kunming mice(5-6 weeks old,18-22g in weight,male and femal...Objective:To study the effect of sal ammoniac extract on the treatment of liver cancer and analyze its possibility of replacing absolute ethanol.Methods:Sixty Kunming mice(5-6 weeks old,18-22g in weight,male and female in half)were selected and inoculated with 0.1 ml of 1:4 ascitic diluent from mouse liver cancer H22 under the axilla of the right limb.After tumor formation,they were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 mice in each group.Normal saline(NS),sal ammoniac extract(N),and absolute ethanol(E)were injected into the tumor once a day for four times.The death,tumor weight,tumor inhibition rate,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)expression of the mice in each group were analyzed.Results:In the course of treatment,3 mice died in the normal saline group,2 mice died in the sal ammoniac treatment group,and 7 mice died in the absolute ethanol group.The tumor weight of the normal saline group,sal ammoniac treatment group,and absolute ethanol group were 1.880.26,1.41±0.49,and 1.51±0.46,respectively.The tumor inhibition rates were 0%,31.0%,and 21.6%,respectively.Comparing the sal ammoniac treatment group and the normal saline group,t=3.5133,p=0.0013;comparing the absolute ethanol group and the normal saline group,t=2.7926,p=0.0093.The expression of LDH was 81±10,51±11,and 32±9 in the normal saline group,sal ammoniac treatment group,and absolute ethanol group,respectively,while the expression of SDH was 80±10,5110,and 51±12 in the normal saline group,sal ammoniac treatment group,and absolute ethanol group,respectively.Comparing the LDH of the sal ammoniac treatment group with that of the saline group,t=8.4264,ρ=0.0000;comparing the absolute ethanol group and normal saline group,t=13.8763,p=0.0000.Comparing the SDH of the sal ammoniac treatment group with that of the normal saline group,t=8.1455,ρ=0.0000;comparing the absolute ethanol group with the normal saline group,t=7.2197,ρ=0.0000.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese antitumor medicine,sal ammoniac and its main effective components have good antitumor effect,which can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of propofol(Prof)on the proliferation,migration and invasion of human gastric cancer cell MGC-803 and its molecular mechanism.Methods:The MTT method was used to study the effects of Pro...Objective:To explore the effect of propofol(Prof)on the proliferation,migration and invasion of human gastric cancer cell MGC-803 and its molecular mechanism.Methods:The MTT method was used to study the effects of Prof with different doses and durations on the viability of MGC-803 cells.Hoechst 33258 staining and electron microscopy were used to detect the effects of Prof on MGC-803 cell apoptosis.Transwell experiments were used to detect the effects of Prof on the migration and invasion of MGC-803 cells.RT-PCR detects the effect of Prof on the expression of miR-195 in MGC-803 cells,and Western Blot detects the effect of Prof on the protein expression of JAK/STAT signaling pathway.Results:Compared with 0μg/ml Prof,5μg/ml,10μg/ml and 20μg/ml Prof treatment with 24h,48h and 72h can significantly reduce cell viability(P<0.05).Compared with the Control group,the percentage of Hoechst 33258 staining positive cells in the Prof group and the apoptosis rate under the electron microscope were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the Control group,the cell migration rate and invasion rate of the Prof group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the Control group,the expression of miRNA-195 in the Prof group cells was increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the Control group,the activity of p-Jak1 and p-STAT3 proteins in the Prof group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prof can reduce the cell viability,migration and invasion of gastric cancer cell MGC-803,and promote its apoptosis.Its mechanism may be related to the promotion of miR-195 expression and inhibition of JAK/STAT signal pathway activity.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of the ethanolic extract of Rosa laevigata Michx.fruit on rats with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis based on the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway.Methods:Thirty Wistar rats wer...Objective:To investigate the effect of the ethanolic extract of Rosa laevigata Michx.fruit on rats with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis based on the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway.Methods:Thirty Wistar rats were divided into three groups,a blank control group,a diabetic nephropathy(DN)model group,and an ethanolic extract intervention group,according to the random number table method,with 10 rats in each group.One day before the experiment,basic feeding was initiated for all the rats;the changes in activity and weight of each group of rats were observed and recorded after 7 d,and a rat model of renal function injury was established after 1 d.Results:Compared with the control group,the model group had significantly higher kidney/body ratio,24 h urine protein,serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular mesangial cell(GMC)count,and extracellular matrix(ECM)positive area ratio(P<0.05);the same indicators were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the model group(P<0.05).The NLRP3 inflammasome pathway in renal intrinsic cells was activated in the intervention group.The overactivation of NLRP3 inflammasome is known to promote interleukin(IL)-1βrelease,which was inhibited in the intervention group.Conclusion:The ethanolic extract of Rosa laevigata Michx.fruit has a protective effect on renal intrinsic cells and may be related to NLRP3 inflammasome pathway,suggesting that the fruit of Rosa laevigata Michx.has a potential role in protecting renal intrinsic cells from inflammatory damage.NLRP3 inflammasomes are involved in the development of various chronic inflammatory diseases,such as acute and chronic glomerulonephritis and renal fibrosis.展开更多

Objective:To explore the main factors of drainage tube complications after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:From November 2019 to October 2021,103 patients with drainage tube complications after hepatobiliary surgery in ...Objective:To explore the main factors of drainage tube complications after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:From November 2019 to October 2021,103 patients with drainage tube complications after hepatobiliary surgery in Changshu No.2 People’s Hospital were selected as subjects for this study;the factors of postoperative drainage tube complications were analyzed by retrospective analysis.Results:The complications of drainage tubes include cavity organ damage,sliding of drainage tube into the abdominal cavity,broken drainage tube,blocked drainage tube,bleeding in drainage tube,bleeding from the mouth of drainage tube,abdominal cavity infection caused by drainage tube,and intestinal obstruction caused by drainage tube compression;the number of cases were 9,8,12,21,18,17,8,and 10,accounting for 8.74%,7.77%,11.65%,20.39%,17.48%,16.50%,7.77%,and 9.70%,respectively;the causes of these complications include early and late removal of drainage tube,improper positioning,color of drainage fluid,drainage tube falling out or self-removal,and so on.Conclusion:After hepatobiliary surgery,although the complications caused by drainage tubes have certain relationship with the indwelling time and surgery,the most critical is related to postoperative nursing care;therefore,it is necessary to observe the condition of the drainage tube and draining fluid after surgery,including the color of the fluid,its flow rate,and whether the drainage tube leaks or falls out;after surgery,patients should be encouraged to cooperate with the medical staffs,and family members should be reminded to pay attention to the observation of patients and informed about matters needing attention,so as to reduce the incidence of drainage tube complications after hepatobiliary surgery.展开更多

文摘Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction in patients with gastric cancer and cancer-related fatigue(CRF).Methods:Using the random number table method as a reference,68 cases of gastric CRF were randomly divided into two groups.One group served as the control group and received basic treatment,while the other was the observation group.The observation group,in addition to the control group’s treatment,received Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction.The clinical treatment effectiveness,fatigue scores,immune function indicators,and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical treatment effectiveness of the observation group and the improvement in immune function indicators after treatment were higher than those of the control group.The fatigue score after treatment was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in either group.Conclusion:Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction can enhance the clinical treatment effectiveness for gastric cancer patients with CRF.It facilitates the acceleration of fatigue symptom improvement and immune function enhancement.The medication’s safety is guaranteed,making it worthy of promotion.

文摘Background:Rectal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors,among which the liver is the most common site of distant metastasis and liver metastasis that leads to poor prognosis.This study aimed to develop and validate a diagnostic nomogram to predict the occurrence of rectal cancer with liver metastasis(RCLM)and a prognostic nomogram to predict cancer-specific survival(CSS)in RCML patients.Methods:Data on patients with rectal cancer diagnosed between 2010 and 2013 were collected from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)database.Univariate logistic regression and multivariate logistic regression were used to determine the independent risk factors of RCLM.Univariate Cox proportional hazards regression and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression were used to identify independent prognostic factors for RCLM.This study then developed two novel nomograms,and the results were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,calibration curves,and decision curve analysis(DCA).Results:A total of 29,367 patients with rectal cancer were included.Among them,3,403 patients(11.59%)had liver metastases at the time of diagnosis.The independent risk factors of RCLM included sex,race,tumor grade,AJCC N,CEA,marital status,tumor size,total number of primary tumors,and histological type.Age,chemotherapy,total number of primary tumors,surgery sites,and histological type were independent prognostic factors of patients with RCLM.The results of ROC curves,calibration curves,and DCA in the development,validation,and testing sets confirmed that the diagnostic nomogram can precisely predict the occurrence of RCLM.The results of ROC curves,calibration curves,DCA,C-indexes,and Kaplan-Meier(K-M)survival curves in the development,validation,and testing sets confirmed that the prognostic nomogram could precisely predict the prognosis of RCLM.Conclusion:The two nomograms are expected to be effective tools for predicting the risk of liver metastasis for patients with rectal cancer and personalized prognosis prediction for patients with RCLM,which may benefit clinical decision-making.
文摘Objective:To investigate the impact of sarcopenia on the prognosis of frail elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:A total of 98 elderly frail patients with chronic kidney disease were included in this study from June 2020 to July 2022.The patients were randomly divided into a study group of 48 cases and a control group of 50 cases.The control group only received conventional treatment for chronic kidney disease.On the basis of conventional treatment for chronic kidney disease,the study group added sarcopenia intervention treatment.The quality-of-life scores,muscle mass and muscle strength,renal function,and incidence of complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The quality-of-life score,muscle mass and muscle strength,and renal function of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was 12.5%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 36%of the group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between sarcopenia and frail elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.Sarcopenia will further aggravate the frailty symptoms and increase the risk of complications in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease.For elderly patients with chronic kidney disease,sarcopenia should be screened and intervened as early as possible to improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patients.
文摘Objective:To analyze the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis and resectability of pancreatic cancer.Method:56 patients with pancreatic cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent multi-phase scanning by multislice spiral CT.According to the results of the images,observe whether the pancreatic cancer has affected the blood vessels surrounding the pancreas,evaluate the resectability based on the results of the examination,and analyze the final results of the operation which was taken as the standard.Results:all the 56 cases presented slightly low density or equal density,and 28 cases had complete outline.Multi-slice spiral assessment of patients’vascular invasion types found that 192 branches can be resected with 70 branches cannot;Multi-slice spiral assessment of the main arterial and venous invasion grades around the pancreas of the patients found that 212 branches can be resected with 50 branches cannot;Multi-slice spiral CT was used to evaluate the resectability of pancreatic cancer compared with surgical results.The accuracy of resectable types of vascular invasion was 72.52%;the accuracy of resectable vascular invasion grades was 79.39%.Conclusion:the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer can provide a clear understanding of the condition of vascular invasion and distant metastasis,and the accuracy of assessing resection can reach more than 70.00%,which provides a reference for clinical application.
文摘Objective:This paper aims to study the mutation of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene in fresh cytological specimens from patients with lung adenocarcinoma,and to determine the prognosis of positive patients by tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI).Methods:A total of 313 specimens from needle aspiration and pleural effusion were collected in the Cancer Detection Center of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University.After HE and immunocytochemistry stainings,the specimens were diagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma by two cytology pathologists.The mutation of 18-21 exon was detectied using ARMS to observe mutations situation.Then,the objective response rate(ORR)and the progressionfree survival(PFS)between the targeted group and the chemotherapy group of patients were comparedith.Results:Among 313 cases,293 cases of lung adenocarcinoma were diagnosed,and DNA specimens were extracted from 288 cases.The success rate was about 98.3%.130 mutations were found and the rate was 45.1%.EGFR mutation of adenocarcinoma patients mainly occurred to females,nonsmokers,but had nothing to do with age.The ORR was statistically different between the targeted group with chemotherapy(P<0.01),and PFS curve of targeted group was on chemotherapy group.The efficacy and the survival time of targeted group and targeted and chemotherapy group were superior to that of chemotherapy group.The results of the EGFR mutation and the prognosis of the tested positive patients in the fresh cytology samples were consistent with that from previous literatures.Conclusion:The results of the test were accurate,and fresh cytological specimens can be used as a replacement for tumor tissue specimens.

This article explores the application value of 3D printing technology in breast cancer treatment, including preoperative planning, radiotherapy, postoperative rehabilitation and adjuvant therapy, and scientific research, aiming to provide new perspectives and methods for clinical breast cancer treatment.
文摘Cancer stem cells(CSCs),or tumor-initiating cells(TICs),are cancerous cell subpopulations that remain while tumor cells propagate as a unique subset and exhibit multiple applications in several diseases.They are responsible for cancer cell initiation,development,metastasis,proliferation,and recurrence due to their self-renewal and differentiation abilities in many kinds of cells.Artificial intelligence(AI)has gained significant attention because of its vast applications in various fields including agriculture,healthcare,transportation,and robotics,particularly in detecting human diseases such as cancer.The division and metastasis of cancerous cells are not easy to identify at early stages due to their uncontrolled situations.It has provided some real-time pictures of cancer progression and relapse.The purpose of this review paper is to explore new investigations into the role of AI in cancer stem cell progression and metastasis and in regenerative medicines.It describes the association of machine learning and AI with CSCs along with its numerous applications from cancer diagnosis to therapy.This review has also provided key challenges and future directions of AI in cancer stem cell research diagnosis and therapeutic approach.

文摘Objective:To study the effect of sal ammoniac extract on the treatment of liver cancer and analyze its possibility of replacing absolute ethanol.Methods:Sixty Kunming mice(5-6 weeks old,18-22g in weight,male and female in half)were selected and inoculated with 0.1 ml of 1:4 ascitic diluent from mouse liver cancer H22 under the axilla of the right limb.After tumor formation,they were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 mice in each group.Normal saline(NS),sal ammoniac extract(N),and absolute ethanol(E)were injected into the tumor once a day for four times.The death,tumor weight,tumor inhibition rate,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)expression of the mice in each group were analyzed.Results:In the course of treatment,3 mice died in the normal saline group,2 mice died in the sal ammoniac treatment group,and 7 mice died in the absolute ethanol group.The tumor weight of the normal saline group,sal ammoniac treatment group,and absolute ethanol group were 1.880.26,1.41±0.49,and 1.51±0.46,respectively.The tumor inhibition rates were 0%,31.0%,and 21.6%,respectively.Comparing the sal ammoniac treatment group and the normal saline group,t=3.5133,p=0.0013;comparing the absolute ethanol group and the normal saline group,t=2.7926,p=0.0093.The expression of LDH was 81±10,51±11,and 32±9 in the normal saline group,sal ammoniac treatment group,and absolute ethanol group,respectively,while the expression of SDH was 80±10,5110,and 51±12 in the normal saline group,sal ammoniac treatment group,and absolute ethanol group,respectively.Comparing the LDH of the sal ammoniac treatment group with that of the saline group,t=8.4264,ρ=0.0000;comparing the absolute ethanol group and normal saline group,t=13.8763,p=0.0000.Comparing the SDH of the sal ammoniac treatment group with that of the normal saline group,t=8.1455,ρ=0.0000;comparing the absolute ethanol group with the normal saline group,t=7.2197,ρ=0.0000.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese antitumor medicine,sal ammoniac and its main effective components have good antitumor effect,which can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.

文摘Objective:To explore the effect of propofol(Prof)on the proliferation,migration and invasion of human gastric cancer cell MGC-803 and its molecular mechanism.Methods:The MTT method was used to study the effects of Prof with different doses and durations on the viability of MGC-803 cells.Hoechst 33258 staining and electron microscopy were used to detect the effects of Prof on MGC-803 cell apoptosis.Transwell experiments were used to detect the effects of Prof on the migration and invasion of MGC-803 cells.RT-PCR detects the effect of Prof on the expression of miR-195 in MGC-803 cells,and Western Blot detects the effect of Prof on the protein expression of JAK/STAT signaling pathway.Results:Compared with 0μg/ml Prof,5μg/ml,10μg/ml and 20μg/ml Prof treatment with 24h,48h and 72h can significantly reduce cell viability(P<0.05).Compared with the Control group,the percentage of Hoechst 33258 staining positive cells in the Prof group and the apoptosis rate under the electron microscope were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the Control group,the cell migration rate and invasion rate of the Prof group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the Control group,the expression of miRNA-195 in the Prof group cells was increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the Control group,the activity of p-Jak1 and p-STAT3 proteins in the Prof group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prof can reduce the cell viability,migration and invasion of gastric cancer cell MGC-803,and promote its apoptosis.Its mechanism may be related to the promotion of miR-195 expression and inhibition of JAK/STAT signal pathway activity.

文摘Objective:To study the expression and significance of cyclinD2 and Bcl-2 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Methods:This project used immunohistochemical methods to detect the expression of cyclinD2 and Bcl-2 in 120 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and 80 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymphoid tissue.The materials were collected from the hospital from January 2018 to 2020.In March 2015,120 patients had lymphoma tissue removed during the month of surgery.The postoperative pathological diagnosis was DLBCL.Another 80 cases of lymphoid hyperplasia(RLH)tissues were selected as controls.Results:CyclinD2 and BCL-2 expression were not statistically different in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in different ages,genders,locations,tissue types,and degree of differentiation;but statistically significant in different Ann Arbor stages,immunotypes,IPI index and first treatment efficacy.Conclusion:This research not only has important theoretical value,but also important economic value and social significance.

文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of the ethanolic extract of Rosa laevigata Michx.fruit on rats with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis based on the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway.Methods:Thirty Wistar rats were divided into three groups,a blank control group,a diabetic nephropathy(DN)model group,and an ethanolic extract intervention group,according to the random number table method,with 10 rats in each group.One day before the experiment,basic feeding was initiated for all the rats;the changes in activity and weight of each group of rats were observed and recorded after 7 d,and a rat model of renal function injury was established after 1 d.Results:Compared with the control group,the model group had significantly higher kidney/body ratio,24 h urine protein,serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular mesangial cell(GMC)count,and extracellular matrix(ECM)positive area ratio(P<0.05);the same indicators were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the model group(P<0.05).The NLRP3 inflammasome pathway in renal intrinsic cells was activated in the intervention group.The overactivation of NLRP3 inflammasome is known to promote interleukin(IL)-1βrelease,which was inhibited in the intervention group.Conclusion:The ethanolic extract of Rosa laevigata Michx.fruit has a protective effect on renal intrinsic cells and may be related to NLRP3 inflammasome pathway,suggesting that the fruit of Rosa laevigata Michx.has a potential role in protecting renal intrinsic cells from inflammatory damage.NLRP3 inflammasomes are involved in the development of various chronic inflammatory diseases,such as acute and chronic glomerulonephritis and renal fibrosis.
文摘Huntington’s disease(HD)is an irreversible neurodegenerative disorder that is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner.In HD,many regions of the human brain are affected,including the striatum,thalamus,and cortex.The mechanism is by the expansion of CAG repeats,which encode glutamine(Q)in the Huntingtin gene on chromosome 4p16.3.Patients with more CAG repeats tend to have a younger age of onset and a higher risk.Mutant HTT protein,translated from mtHtt,would congregate or interact with other proteins,causing damage to the human body.Patients with HD show symptoms like chorea,which is an involuntary motor disability,cognitive deterioration,and psychiatric disturbances.Except for the genetic pathology of HD,the epigenetic mechanism of this disease has made a lot of progress in recent years.This paper primarily focuses on the alternation of deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)methylation,histone modification,and non-coding ribonucleic acids(ncRNAs)in HD as well as the advancements of epigenetic therapy and healthcare in HD.
文摘Objective:To explore the main factors of drainage tube complications after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:From November 2019 to October 2021,103 patients with drainage tube complications after hepatobiliary surgery in Changshu No.2 People’s Hospital were selected as subjects for this study;the factors of postoperative drainage tube complications were analyzed by retrospective analysis.Results:The complications of drainage tubes include cavity organ damage,sliding of drainage tube into the abdominal cavity,broken drainage tube,blocked drainage tube,bleeding in drainage tube,bleeding from the mouth of drainage tube,abdominal cavity infection caused by drainage tube,and intestinal obstruction caused by drainage tube compression;the number of cases were 9,8,12,21,18,17,8,and 10,accounting for 8.74%,7.77%,11.65%,20.39%,17.48%,16.50%,7.77%,and 9.70%,respectively;the causes of these complications include early and late removal of drainage tube,improper positioning,color of drainage fluid,drainage tube falling out or self-removal,and so on.Conclusion:After hepatobiliary surgery,although the complications caused by drainage tubes have certain relationship with the indwelling time and surgery,the most critical is related to postoperative nursing care;therefore,it is necessary to observe the condition of the drainage tube and draining fluid after surgery,including the color of the fluid,its flow rate,and whether the drainage tube leaks or falls out;after surgery,patients should be encouraged to cooperate with the medical staffs,and family members should be reminded to pay attention to the observation of patients and informed about matters needing attention,so as to reduce the incidence of drainage tube complications after hepatobiliary surgery.

文摘Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of multi-drug resistant bacterial infections in patients with severe disease and establish a predictive model.Methods:207 infected patients in our hospital from 2018 to May 2020 were selected for the study,of which 73 carried drug-resistant bacteria.Results:The risk factor network of people infected with multidrug resistant bacteria is higher than that of people infected with non-multidrug resistant bacteria,and the interaction between risk factors of the former is stronger.Conclusion:Antibiotics must be used appropriately after surgery.When the elderly was abnormal in indicators such as fever and procalcitonin in the ward,they should be considered as high-risk groups of MDRO infection.They need special care and preventive measures.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing based on basic living care on patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Method:Ninety patients with chronic gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)randomly.The control group was given routine care.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given targeted care based on basic living care.Compare the compliance behavior in two groups.Results:After the intervention,the compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of targeted care based on basic living care for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can improve their compliance behavior,which is worthy of clinical application.
文摘To analyze the effect of nutritional support on clinical efficacy in patients with end-stage malignant tumors.Sample data collection was conducted from April 2015 to July 2017.54 patients with end-stage malignant tumors were enrolled in the study.They were divided into reference group(n=27)and experimental group(n=27)by double-blind method.Conventional treatment was used in the reference group,while nutritional support therapy was used in the experimental group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Post-treatment effect of the experimental group and the reference group was compared using the parameters including total adverse reaction value,cancer-related fatigue score,quality of life,A/G,AS:AL,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),anorexia score,ALB,and uric acid(UA).The parameters such as A/G,AS:AL,ALP,BUN,anorexia score,ALB,and UA were also used to compare between pre-and post-treatment.The value of P<0.05 was used to indicate the statistical significance of the test.Conclusion:Nutritional support therapy had a superior effect in patients with end-stage malignant tumors.
